Storage at our 8155 S. KEDZIE facility is subject to strict liability caps. Our team manages inventory with precision, yet we must define the boundaries of unforeseen events. We don't assume responsibility for indirect losses arising from transit delays or environmental factors beyond our mechanical control.
- Liability is capped at standard industry values per pound.
- Claims must be filed within 17 days of cargo release.
- Hazardous materials require pre-certified clearance.
